How I Work

I take a client-centered approach, integrating multiple evidence-based methods tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based modalities including:

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

- Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I offer therapy via secure Telehealth for clients across California. Sessions are held on weekdays during standard business hours, providing a flexible and private way to prioritize your mental health from your own space. My practice is intentionally small so I can offer highly personalized care rooted in presence, precision, and clinical depth.
